Rotary units from JBO's NCT product group are characterized by their high accuracy, long service life, smooth running and high resilience. There are numerous variants available in a comprehensive series.

For versions with a worm shaft mounted on one side, attention was paid to a favorable ratio of investment costs to performance characteristics. That's why this variant is particularly interesting for simple and cost-effective automation solutions. The worm gear is made of a low-wear combination of materials. All rotating components move in an oil bath. This increases the service life and reduces maintenance costs.
The components can be installed in any position. They are equipped with generously sized crossed roller bearings, which allows them to absorb high radial and axial forces.

For the variants with a worm shaft mounted on both sides, the specialists at JBO have optimized the screw drives using sophisticated design and calculation software. This results in higher drive and holding torques while at the same time increasing gear efficiency and smoother running properties. In addition, the rotating units can be designed with a right or left motor mounting position. This makes them even more flexible and universally applicable in terms of installation position.

Both variants are designed for any angle control and endless rotation angles. They are also prepared for the installation of an inductive reference switch. Due to the open system for the motor flange, any motor that is suitable in terms of drive power, speed and dimensions can be adapted.
