PKD REVOLUTION face milling cutters

We are expanding our production portfolio thread milling cutters, PCD, CVD-D, PcBN tools, thread cutting dies and thread gauges with the new and improved “PKD REVOLUTION face milling cutters".

Production example in AlSi12 with

Vc=999 m/min, fz=0.15 mm/tooth and Ap=2 mm

  •  Cutting edges can be repeatedly sharpened without reducing the
      diameter and cutting edge length, resulting in lower costs

  •  Around 50% less PKD waste compared to conventional face milling cutters,
     making it a sustainable solution
