Thread gauges

JBO thread gauges Ø 0.5 - 300 mm for all thread types. With a stock variety of approx. 10,000 different dimensions, we are the market leader. Thread coordinate gauges are available from stock.

MultiCheck and eMultiCheck

Thread plug gauges for checking thread gauge accuracy and measuring thread depth in reduced time.

MultiCheck 4.0 the thread gauging of the future

Fully automatic gauging and testing of the thread as well as measurement of the thread depth. The range of applications extends from the production machine with inline production to autonomous measuring cells with measured value transmission, with gauge changer if required.

For robot-supported use, we will be presenting the MultiCheck 4.0 SPIN at EMO in September, which has an integrated rotary movement and measured value processing.

FAST LINE programme

In order to be able to react quickly to particularly urgent orders, we supply thread gauges in special tolerances and intermediate dimensions of cylindrical thread types listed in the JBO catalogue (≤ 3 pieces, Ø 3 - 100 mm, P 0.5 - 4 mm) within 2 weeks with an express surcharge of € 200 per order position.

DAkkS accreditation

Since 01.12.2021 we are a calibration laboratory according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 which is accredited by DAkkS for the calibration of thread gauges.The accreditation is a basic requirement for all customers who have a certification according to IATF 16949.

We deliver stocked thread gauges with DAkkS calibration certificates within 3 days.

We also exhibit our products thread cutting dies, thread rolling dies, thread milling cutters and hard material tools and can advise you in detail.
